What this website does not do
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party fonts or scripts. A security policy in the browser blocks requests to other servers.
Hosting
The website runs on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA), server functions in Frankfurt (EU). Vercel processes technical access data (IP address, time, requested page) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfers to the USA are covered by Vercel's data processing agreement and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses.
Waitlist and updates
If you sign up, we store your email address, country, main use case, page language and the time of your consent in a database hosted by Supabase (Supabase Inc.) in Frankfurt (EU). Purpose: to tell you about the launch, plans and the app. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with an email to us; we then delete your entry.
Orders and payment
Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). Stripe processes the data you enter at checkout. After a paid order we store order number, name, email, country, chosen finish and amount in our database in Frankfurt to fulfil the contract and set up your access. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; statutory retention duties under tax and commercial law, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Order notifications
For each order or failed payment we send ourselves a notification email via Resend (Resend Inc., USA), containing the order details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
AI sales advisor
If you use the advisor chat, your messages and the current page are sent to Google (Gemini API) to generate an answer. Do not enter sensitive personal data. Your chat history stays in your browser tab (sessionStorage) and is deleted when you close it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Stored in your browser
Your animation preference (localStorage). No cookies.
How long we keep data
Waitlist data until you withdraw consent or we no longer need it for launch information. Order data for as long as tax and commercial law require (up to 10 years).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time with effect for the future. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact for all requests: mail@dominikheinrich.ch
