Scope
These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Dominik Heinrich ("we").
Contract
The product presentation is not a binding offer. By completing the checkout you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
Prices and payment
All prices for consumers include VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods shown at checkout.
Delivery and access
We deliver to the countries listed under Shipping and returns. After your order we set up your account and email your app access within 24 hours. The free Starter plan is included; paid plans are subscribed separately.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, see Right of withdrawal.
Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply, see Warranty.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability follows statutory law.
Applicable law
The law of the seller's place of business applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
