Learning
Courses, language lessons and self-study: a transcript to search and a summary of what to practise.

The problem
In an evening course or a language lesson, you're busy following and speaking, not writing. A week later, the new words and the teacher's corrections are hard to recall.
How it works
- Ask your teacher once whether you may record the lessons for your own practice.
- Press once at the start of the lesson, or record yourself reading aloud when you study alone.
- The app transcribes and drafts a summary of new words, corrections and homework, each with its time stamp.
- Before the next lesson, tap a point to hear the teacher's pronunciation again.
An example
Marta is learning Italian with a private teacher, Paolo, once a week, and he agrees that she records their lessons. After each lesson, the summary lists the new words and the two or three mistakes he corrected. On the bus the next morning, she taps through the time stamps and listens to how Paolo says each word.
What you get
- New words and corrections in one list
- The explanation again, at the right second
- Free with the Starter plan
Consent and privacy
Ask your teacher first and, in a group course, the other learners too. Keep recordings for your own practice and don't share them without permission. With Starter, recordings stay on your phone.
