Recruiting
Listen to the candidate instead of typing. Exact answers with time stamps for the hiring team.

The problem
In an interview you either listen closely or write everything down, rarely both. Afterwards the hiring team compares impressions from memory, and answers get mixed up between candidates.
How it works
- Tell the candidate at the start why you'd like to record, and that saying no has no effect on the decision.
- If they agree, save their yes with the consent card and press once to record.
- The app transcribes in the EU and drafts notes with the interview template: questions asked and answers given, with time stamps.
- Share the notes with the hiring team. The app writes notes only; it does not rate or score anyone.
An example
Ana interviews Tom for a project manager role while her colleague Ben is travelling. Tom agrees to the recording after Ana explains why. That evening Ben reads the notes and listens to Tom's answer about a past project he had wanted to ask about. The next morning they discuss the application from the same notes.
What you get
- Full attention on the candidate
- Exact answers the whole team can check
- Notes only, no automated ratings
Consent and privacy
A candidate's consent must be voluntary, so offer the interview without recording too. Agree how long recordings are kept and delete them when the process ends. Decisions stay with people: Aulemo produces notes and transcripts, not ratings.
