The problem
During a training you explain, answer questions and watch the room, so your notes fall behind. Agreements from the last hour get lost, and the recap is written days later from memory.
How it works
- Lay the recorder on the table and show the consent card at the start of the session.
- Press once to record. The light stays on, so the group always knows.
- After the session, the app transcribes in the EU and drafts a summary with the training template.
- Check the points against the time stamps, then export the recap as PDF or Word and send it to the group.
An example
Claire runs a two-day workshop on project planning for twelve people. On the second afternoon, the group agrees on three changes to the planning template they use. That evening Claire checks the summary, taps the time stamps to hear the exact wording, and sends the recap before breakfast.

Consent and privacy
Ask the group before you start and save their yes with the consent card. Anyone who prefers not to be recorded can say so, and you stop the recording during their part. Recordings are processed in the EU and, on the Pro plan, kept in EU cloud storage.
