Client meetings
Decisions, owners and dates from every client meeting, each linked to the moment it was said.

The problem
In a client meeting you're listening, negotiating and taking notes at once. Afterwards, two people remember the same decision differently, and the follow-up email takes an evening to write.
How it works
- Before you start, show the consent card on your phone and ask if everyone is fine with recording.
- Press once and lay the recorder on the table. Room mode picks up everyone around it.
- The app transcribes in the EU and drafts decisions, open points and action items with owners and dates.
- Check each point against the transcript, then share the recap or export it as PDF, Word or Markdown.
An example
Julien meets his client Sophie to agree on the next phase of her website project. Halfway through, Sophie moves the launch by two weeks and asks for a second language. Back in the car, Julien checks the summary: both changes are there, each with its time stamp. Sophie has the recap before Julien gets home.
What you get
- One version of what was decided
- Action items with owners and dates
- The recap sent before the next meeting
Consent and privacy
Ask at the start, even with clients you know well, and save their yes with the recording. Some contracts or confidentiality agreements limit recording, so check them for sensitive projects. Recordings are processed in the EU, and you can delete them at any time.
