Medical practices
Planned Confidential package: draft the visit note while you listen, with the AI running inside your practice.

The problem
Doctors spend many evenings writing up visits that are long over. During the visit, typing pulls attention away from the patient, and notes written later miss details.
How it works
- At the start of the visit, explain the recording and ask the patient; save their yes with the consent card.
- Press once and lay the recorder on the desk. It records on its own storage.
- With the planned Confidential package, the transcript and the draft note are made on the practice's own computer or server, encrypted end to end.
- Check the draft against the time stamps and copy it into your patient record. Names and personal data are removed automatically before anything is shared (planned).
An example
Miriam, a family doctor, sees Hannah, who has had back pain for three weeks. Miriam asks whether she may record the visit for her notes, and Hannah agrees on the consent card. During the visit, Miriam looks at Hannah, not at the screen. Right after, she checks the draft note against the time stamps and copies it into the record.
What you get
- Your eyes on the patient, not the screen
- The note drafted before the next patient
- Planned: audio never leaves the practice
Consent and privacy
Health data and medical confidentiality come with special rules, and each practice must check them before use, ideally with its data protection officer. The Confidential package is planned, not available yet, and Aulemo is not a medical device. This is general information, not legal advice.
