HR
Sensitive HR conversations documented word for word, with the planned Confidential package for internal investigations.

The problem
In difficult HR conversations, such as complaints, reviews or internal investigations, what was said matters in detail. Handwritten notes are incomplete, and later disputes turn on different memories of the same meeting.
How it works
- Explain the purpose, who will see the notes and how long they are kept, and ask everyone present for consent.
- Press once and lay the recorder where everyone can see it; the light shows it is on.
- With the planned Confidential package, the transcript is made on your own computer or server, encrypted end to end, with an access log.
- Go through the notes with the people involved where appropriate. Aulemo writes notes and transcripts only; it does not evaluate or score anyone.
An example
Sabine from HR meets Daniel, who has raised a complaint about how a project was handed over. Daniel brings a colleague, Eva, and both agree to the recording after Sabine explains who will see the notes. Afterwards all three receive the same summary. Daniel points out one date, and they check it together against the transcript.
What you get
- One record everyone can check
- Notes and transcripts, never scores
- Planned: an access log for every recording
Consent and privacy
Employee data comes with strict rules, and consent in an employment relationship needs special care because it has to be voluntary. Where a works council exists, it may have a say in introducing recording tools. Decisions about people stay with people; this is general information, not legal advice.
