Sales teams

Every customer conversation summarised with next steps. Sending notes to your CRM via MCP is planned.

The problem

Sales reps spend the end of the day typing call notes into the CRM, and much of what the customer said never gets there. Managers coach from second-hand accounts instead of what was actually said.

How it works

  1. Ask the customer at the start of the meeting or call, and save their yes with the consent card.
  2. Record in the room, or snap it to your phone in call mode where that is legal and agreed. Video calls in meetsme join the same timeline.
  3. The app drafts a summary with the sales-call template: needs, objections, next steps and owners, each with a time stamp.
  4. With the Max plan, planned MCP connections will send the checked notes to your CRM, mail or calendar through the Aulemo gateway.

An example

Sara calls Lukas, a customer who is comparing two offers. She tells him at the start that she'd like to record, and he agrees. The summary lists his two concerns about delivery times and the date for the next call. Later, with Sara's agreement, her team lead Marco uses the moment where Lukas explains his budget in a coaching session.

What you get

  • CRM notes without typing (planned, via MCP)
  • Next steps and owners after every call
  • Coaching based on what was really said

Consent and privacy

Phone calls only where the law allows it and everyone on the line has agreed; rules differ by country. If recordings are used for coaching, agree the rules with the team first; where there is a works council, it may have a say. Never record customers without telling them.
