Private security
Dictate incident reports on site, not at the end of the shift, with a time-stamped record.

The problem
After an incident, the report is often written hours later, at the end of a long shift. Details fade, times get rounded, and what people said on site is reconstructed from memory.
How it works
- Right after an incident, press once and dictate what happened, where and when, while it is fresh.
- If you talk to witnesses or staff on site, tell them you're recording and ask first; the light shows it is on.
- The app transcribes in the EU and drafts the report in order, each point with its time stamp.
- Check the draft, add what is missing and export it as PDF or Word for your reporting system.
An example
Yusuf works the night shift at a logistics site and finds a damaged gate on his round. He dictates the location, the time and what he sees, then talks to the driver, Erik, who agrees to be recorded. At the end of the shift, the report only needs checking, not writing.
What you get
- Reports written while it's fresh
- Times and statements on record
- Visible recording, nothing covert
Consent and privacy
Dictating your own report is the simple case. Recording conversations with others needs them to know and agree, and your employer's rules and data protection law apply. Aulemo is not made for covert recording.
