Law and tax firms

Client conversations documented word for word, with local AI and encryption planned for professional secrecy.

The problem

In client meetings, lawyers and tax advisers have to listen closely and record facts precisely at the same time. File notes are written later, and details that matter for the case get lost or blurred.

How it works

  1. Explain to the client what is recorded and why, and save their consent with the recording.
  2. Press once and lay the recorder on the table. The light shows it is on.
  3. With the planned Confidential package, the transcript and a draft file note are made on the firm's own computer or server, encrypted end to end, with an access log.
  4. Check facts, deadlines and instructions against the time stamps and file the note with the matter.

An example

Katrin, a tax adviser, meets Paul, who has inherited a flat and wants to know what happens next. Paul agrees to the recording after Katrin explains what it is for. In the summary, the date of the inheritance and Paul's question about renting the flat out each link to the moment he mentioned them. Katrin files the note the same day.

What you get

  • File notes with the exact words
  • Facts and deadlines linked to the moment
  • Planned: processing inside your firm

Consent and privacy

Professional secrecy comes with special rules, including on the use of outside services, and each firm must check them before use. Clients should know what is recorded, and statements about third parties need care. The Confidential package is planned; this is general information, not legal advice.
